I am a commissioned notary signing agent trained on handling mortgage loan papers. I work with banks, mortgage companies, title companies and signing services. I specialize in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures of all parties involved on real estate loan documents in order to close a real estate loan transaction.

I serve Comal, Bexar and Guadalupe counties but can travel father upon request. 

I am fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Texas and have been working as a notary for over 15 years.  

I am equipped with high-speed internet, fax and high-speed laser printer and available 7 days a week.

I also offer general notary work.  Travel fee starts at $25.  Fees are based on location and time of the appointment.  All travel fees will be agreed upon when the appointment is made.  Each notarial signature is a fixed fee of $6.00, set by the State of Texas.  

I travel to the location of your choice in order to fulfill notarial duties. These typically entail witnessing the signing of sensitive documents, identifying participants, and administering oaths when necessary. Appointments can be arranged at a residence, office, hotel nursing home, hospital, restaurant, coffee shop, or any other location you request.
